At FindVintageParts.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of every genuine OEM part we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return guidelines below to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition with all original manufacturer packaging, labels, and seals intact.
- Any part that has been installed, modified, or damaged is not eligible for return.
- Electrical, electronic, and special-order items are non-returnable.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of 15%
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order number
- The part number(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number may be delayed or denied.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was shipped in error or arrived damaged. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- If applicable, a restocking fee (up to 20%) may be deducted from your refund for non-defective returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to assist with a carrier claim or exchange process. We will cover all costs associated with replacing or correcting the order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Electrical or electronic components
- Installed, modified, or damaged parts
- Items without original manufacturer packaging
- Special-order or discontinued parts
