All orders are processed within1–2 business daysafter payment is received. Orders placed before10:30 AM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday)are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Oversized or heavy items may require additional shipping fees, which will be clearly noted before checkout.

Order Tracking

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We do not ship to PO Boxes

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the packaging and damaged items to assist with the carrier claim process. If your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipment fees may apply.
